A MAN has died after the car he was driving was involved in a collision at Westerleigh.
Avon & Somerset police say the collision happened at around 9.15pm on Friday on Westerleigh Road, and involved a black Audi A4 and a green Land Rover Defender.
A police spokesperson said: “Sadly, despite the efforts of emergency personnel, the driver of the Audi died at the scene.
“His family has been updated, and they are being offered support by a specialist officer.”
Witness appeal
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, or the moments leading up to it, to contact them.
